Aggression and weapons
Humans are not born with deadly weapons, like the jaws of a wolf, the claws of a lion or the deadly beak of a crow. In the animal kingdom, killing a creature of the same species is very exceptional. When a crow attacks another crow during a territorial dispute, one of these birds will, by nature, submit by showing its weakest spot, which is the base of its skull. This gesture immediately stops the fight of the crows.
We are no crows, but we are a sometimes aggressive species in the possession of manmade weapons which are more deadly than a crow’s beak or lion’s claws.
For us, the motto should be: no weapons!
