“senza titolo” 2024
The power of language, the medial presentation of images and the realities constructed on this basis are means that are used in every form of war propaganda. Images of the enemy and ultimately the acceptance of politically legitimised violence are intended to be moulded into people’s brains and hearts. The current war rhetoric goes hand in hand with the devaluation of serious peace efforts. Therefore it seems very important to me, to emphasise the importance of peace and not to accept the supposed lack of a way out of war. My texts are an opportunity to analyse the claims, decisions and orders on offer. And ultimately to question who benefits from war and whose interests are being served.
