My inspirations are Nature, the human body and my Garden as a living work of art.
Born in 1954 in the Netherlands i started my studies at the school of performing arts in Maastricht.
I became a teacher in Drawing after studying at the Gerrit Rietveldacademie and the Rijksacademie van Beeldende kunsten Amsterdam.
For several years i worked for Iconoco in the depots of Museum Bronbeek, Museum Boymans van Beuningen and Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam. Also was i participating in the layout of the dutch magazine Jazz Nu.
As an independent artist my main skill is Pastel on paper, though during the period of Corona I started to publish my photowork.

There has been a short but serious intermezzo in the sports in Cicle Racing ;
European champion on the road, Mallorca 1994.
Nowadays my training is Tai Chi Chen style, gardening, drawing , painting and a casual photo.
