En larme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lory Ginedumont is een Franse kunstenares. Ze woont en werkt tussen Genua en Nice. Haar werk is tentoongesteld in galeries en openbare instellingen in Itali\u00eb en daarbuiten. Het belangrijkste onderwerp van haar onderzoek is persoonlijke ervaring. Hiervoor gebruikt ze fotografie, video, installatie, textielsculptuur, tekenen en schrijven. De aard van haar kunstonderzoek draait om het thema afwezigheid, verdwijning en in het bijzonder rouw. Een terugkerend thema in het werk van Lory Ginedumont is de etherische figuur van de engel. Als sterk materialistische en athe\u00efstische kunstenares gelooft ze niet in het leven na de dood, noch dat het op een of andere manier doorgaat. De engel wordt zo het symbool van een persoonlijke en familiale herinnering die helpt om de pijn van de eeuwige afwezigheid te overwinnen. De kunstenaar is de regisseur van zijn eigen video’s en een waarnemer in de weergave van zijn innerlijke zelf. Ze is een verteller maar ook een acteur in het verhaal, een fotograaf en het onderwerp van de fotografie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
